Dr. Romy Wyche earned a MA and a PhD in Archaeology at the university of Oxford. Her research focuses on the reuse and reinvention of Roman sarcophagi in Southern France. Dr. Wyche has spent 7 years as a researcher and lecturer at University of Oslo and has worked in many cultural institutions including the Bode in Berlin (Germany), the archaeology museum in Lisbon (Portugal) and UNESCO in Paris (France). She is currently the Director at the Musée Départemental Arles Antique.
